In 1994 he founded and directed EsCERT-UPC, a Spanish team to respond to security incidents in the network.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, he was an Advisor for Institutional Relations (Stakeholder Relations Advisor) and deputy director of the Department of Technical Competence of ENISA (European Agency for Information Security) (2011-2014). Scientific Adviser of security projects of Barcelona Digital Centro Tecnol\u00f3gico (2008 &#8211; 2010).
