Simetria (Simulation models to evaluate multimodel scenarios of global and regional transport)

The project intends to develop a modular system to model multimodal transport systems. The resulting system will be based on algorithmic and simulation tools. It will be structured as an IT system to help decision making, and it will be able to analyse the demand, the modal distribution and the demand allocation to the infrastructures which offer different approaches, both at the strategic, global level and at the local level, with the ability to consider dynamic aspects at the local level.
